Dock is terrible, scratched my boat badly due to steel cables around the pilons. Dock master does not answer call and prioritizes his lunch over helping paying customers...avoid if you like your boat!!

Very nice staff, location, amenities. The bags of ice are very pricey at $16 for 20lb bag. Other than that, very good.

We were told after arrival that they’d have to charge us more cause we were on the T-Dock cause we were a catamaran. Something they could’ve done in advance. The charge was double the Dockwa amount and they were already expensive. Service at desk and bar was sultry. Showers were not nice considering the price and men’s didn’t have hot water. Restaurant was only decent service and pool was ok. Dockside help was minimal.

In regard to the price for the dockage, we offer only inside slips for reserve online, once arriving at the marina should there not be suitable and safe dockage, we offer the next option which is the T-head. The information on T-head pricing would have been available in your reservation confirmation detail and is also noted on our public profile. I would have welcomed the input while you were here as we do not wish that our guests leave dissatisfied with our service and the offerings. Sammy on the dock is the best guy. He runs a tight ship and operates the docks like an orchestra conductor. Smooth swift and accurate.
The unit we stayed in was comfortable and clean.

The marina was very organized and welcoming. However, had a terrible dinner at the seafood restaurant upstairs. Waited 90 minutes and food finally came out poorly prepared. Other diners left without getting their food. Staff was very apologetic and took meals off of the bill.it was a busy night.

However, we do apologize for any inconvenience at the restaurant, 80 persons all arrived within the same 30 minutes, some with large parties overwhelming the restaurant. We're pleased to hear that the supervisor attended to your concerns and adjusted any meals. We do our best not to turn away any guests, especially boaters, however if speedy service is desired, we recommend arriving prior to or 6:30 pm. Probably the nicest marina in Bimini but very expensive. Over 750.00 for 3 nights with electric and water. Others in area less than half price, but again, not as nice. Restaurant has great food.

Great marina and resort property! Easy access to immigration and customs. The Bahamian people are so nice and inviting! The Dolphin house is a must see. Amazing man and artist!!! Will definitely stay at the marina again

It was good, but not 5-stars… loved the proximity to the restaurant and rooms, but we were not pleased by the hours of the store or front desk… Don’t even try to get ice or bait before 8am.

We love Big Game marina, so convenient to clear customs and the staff were very helpful. It is good to see the needed improvements they are starting to make to the marina.

They don’t like Dockwa. Telling everyone to just call them. Not very helpful. Will not be going back.

Dockwa bookers are advised if the vessel is over 55' or a catamaran requiring a wide slip or T head, then yes they must call us direct to book. With very few slips in this second category, and limited inventory you must call us and cannot book a lesser regular slip and expect to arrive and have a different category not available on dockwa awaiting you. we appreciate the 5 star review. I booked on Dockwa and was charged $540 before receiving a confirmation 24 hours later. You took my money and left me hanging so I had to book another slip with more money. Fortunately that slip allowed me to cancel. Then upon arrival Big Game charges me another $240 which was undisclosed at the time of booking. The marina staff told me I should not book through Dockwa to avoid the charges. Its good advice because Dockwa is a ripoff every time. I wish I didn't like the guys who own it.

We advertise only our regular inside slips only on Dockwa and from your confirmed reservation notes, we accommodated the wide beam. Robbie informed you that your slip assignment was for, 0D15. You subsequently declined the Dockmaster's assignment and did not dock at our Marina. Your credit is held for future use per our booking policy. Nice staff pool bar and gift shop. Only reason 4 stars instead of 5 was water at $1/ft and electric at 1.50/ft per day is a little gouge
