Very nice staff and super accommodating. May not of had marina amenities but were willing to help accommodate anything I asked.

Was assigned a dock that was not sized appropriately for our boat. No Docwa support onsite. Luckily Jeremy and Austin from a local water sports company were able to assist. Overall disappointing experience given the high cost to use the service.

Yoli & Luigi were great.
Luigi did great handling a minor incident where a hotel guests dock slip was taken by a random boater who was not a guest. Although the hotel guests was not a pleasant person, Luigi maintained professionalism and provided accommodations and resolved the issue and tempers disappeared. Great job Luigi.
My only critique or recommendations would be that if a hotel guest want to reserve the dock space, there should be a system to do so.

The hose on dock was split in 30 pieces. they didn't have a hose at all and for 800 bucks for 3 days to dock. they should have had nice services including ahose. i would expect that on such a pricey stay

There was a misunderstanding with on other boat that was using the dock and we had an uncomfortable argument with the captain of that boat, he even threaten us with untying the boat if we did not move.

Marina, is very nice and clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Beautiful place if your a boater, it's very convenient. The only thing is that you have to drop your boat at another marina and look for a place to keep your trailer. I found it close and convenient at Caribbean Club. Just $10 to drop the boat $20 to keep the trailer

Dockwa overbooks marinas !
I booked a slip and my boat didn’t fit in the slip ! Dockmaster had no answers and stood on the dock dumbfounded.
Dockwa is a major money making scam !!!!

The Dockmaster / Mike was great! However, the boat was not tied up well and on 12/27/23 a highly unusual windy day, severely damaged my boat at the dock.

Please Note Guests must have a room booked at the resort in order to visit our marina. We do not allow live-aboards or over night stays of any duration. To use our marina to visit Sol By The Sea, there is a 2 hour mooring limit. If mooring exceeds 2 hours, a dock fee of 1 day will be charged. Feel free to message us through Dockwa or reach out directly with questions.
While we do not offer boat launching services on property and are unable to accommodate trailers on site, we would be happy to help point you in the right direction. There are several nearby marinas and public boat ramps in the area that can assist with launching prior to your arrival.
