Creekside Inn

Marina area is very run down. We called in advance to confirm they could accommodate 3 boats that require 50amp power but when we arrived all they had was 110 and most of the outlets did not work. Very expensive place to just park the boats as there are no water or power hook ups. Will never book this marina or hotel again

The marina says they have electrical power 30 and 50 amp please specify when reserving. Upon arrival they had no idea and turns out they only have 110 volt plug ins which about only half of them work. We had to run our generator for three solid days and still cost us $645. Absolutely terrible experience.

Horrible place! Shouldn’t be on Dockwa at all. Advertise for any type of vessel but not true. No hook ups, no services, no amenities. Just expensive. $250/night. Only accessible on high tide. Stay away from this place 👎

Price is ridiculous. Should be half of what it is. Dock is falling apart and posts are broke. Rented last 6 years in a row, this will be our last year unless prices come down.

Great dockage. Easy to use. Plenty of space available.

Low key, laid back place. The dock is old and space can be limited but we like it there.

Great marina and hotel

Never using Dockwa nor staying at Creekside again. Absolute mess. Front office couldn’t tell me what specific spots to park. There was a boat in front of my room. I was told to move the boat (not my boat). Asked for manager to come resolve the issue, waited over 30 min and no one came. Just an all around mess and I would appreciate a refund

Hotel is run down and same price as nicer resorts. You have to pay for docking and trailer storage.This was my last stay at the Creekside Inn.

It’s convenient to reach the Gulf or Atlantic but the docs could use some help.

When booking the reservation we were not aware of having to use this dockwa app. Last 4 times I’ve stayed here you paid for dockage through your reservation. $5 a foot a night at this accommodation is way too much. The keys have gotten so commercialized and it’s sad. How can anyone afford these kind of prices?

We rented 3 rooms during our stay. It was GREAT being able to have our boat docked right outside our door. We wished launching the boat was easier/more convenient. Rooms were clean but could use updating. Cheryl (and a tall girl in housekeeping) were very helpful and friendly.

One of the better values to be had in the Keys. But expect to receive what you pay for. It was nice to be able to tie up, side-to, right in front of our basic hotel room. But there is no beach and only a small pool. It is strictly a small boater's stop. The seawall is lined with pilings. The rubber fenders on the pilings have largely deteriorated. Fortunately, our boat cleats lined up well with some pilings so it was easy for us to keep some fenders in line with the pilings even as the boat moved with the tide. You should be prepared with some good-sized fenders before arriving here. There is no electric or water. The room is nice enough. We arrived well before the 4 pm check-in time, and the owner asked the cleaning crew to prepare our room quickly, which they did. It also meant they missed a few things, but air-conditioning and a shower that was a fair trade off for us. The room had coffee, a small fridge and a microwave. There is a decent little complimentary breakfast in the morning.

Easy docking; convenient shore power; no issues

Very disappointed. I paid $774 for dock parking space through your company. Dock was very damages with nothing protecting the boat from the concrete wall. Very limited space and had to deal with people fishing from the dock in our very limited spot (we avoided arguments). Roaches everywhere at night crawling on our boat (obviously the dock is not regularly maintained). Not very excited about the visit. A refund of some kind would be very fair in my opinion. Almost a thousand dollars of my hard earned money for a very poor experience. Please email me when you get this and advise of what you can do for a refund. [email protected]

Everyone but manager very friendly. I thought I was getting a waterfront view which did not happen. Not even a window. He tried to tell me only queen beds had water view which was not true as my friend stayed there. The dock was good the trailer parking not great. There was not clear guidance on where you put in and or park trailer. Needless to say we will not be back. I didn’t even get rate reduced

When I reserved the slip with a 50 amp shore power. When I arrived they told me that they did not have any shore power at all... I was confirmed with a 50 amp and they dont have anything at all. Not cool.
