The club is good but it is really noisy with private jets flying over our heads every 5 minutes. Also if you want to eat at the club's restaurant you need a reservation, you cannot walk in when you arrived from your trip. Th swimming pool needs clean uo more frequently. One night the boat beside us left his engines blowers on...not fun to sleep beside that...Otherwise, electricity really good.

Hi Marc-Andre, thank you for your feedback! The Naples Airport is definitely close and March is likely the busiest month with lots of jumbo private jets coming and going. The Syren Oyster & Cocktail Bar on-site is also very busy this time of year, but reservations are not required if they have available seating. This is a hidden gem in Naples. Frank was outstanding, the facility is great and the pool was an extra benefit. Short walk to downtown Naples. We bring bikes, so a short bike ride to the beach. We will absolutely be back

Was a great time. Dock guys were great, right there when we came in. Easy to walk to restaurants. Only issue was... Holiday weekend and they ran out of ice on Saturday by 2, and the garbage bins were completely full on dock. Other then those two small minor issues. Will certainly be back soon!!! Thank you!

Great stay. Easy booking. Nice floating docks. And having access to the pool and clubhouse was great. Everything was well maintained and brand new. It is walkable to 5th Ave, or a quick Slidr or Uber/Lyft. Would stay again if in the area.

Wonderful small marina. Had a heated pool and an easy walk to 5th ave for shopping and dining. A bit farther walk to 3rd St shopping and dining.

Super place to stay! Friendly and accommodating staff, just out of the main channel and away from the majority of crazy weekend traffic (and wake). Clean and nice. Short walk to Tin City and downtown areas. We prefer here vs City Dock.
