Great marina, great staff willing to help. The only downside is their cashless only policy.

The dock hands did an excellent job. They were very helpful and friendly.

I thought I was tying up to full finger for my 60 foot boat. It was 1/2 finger. Backed in between 2 pilings. It was not pleasant in 20 knot winds. We made it in ok. Now that i know what to expect I will be prepared

Terrific in all respects. Truly welcomed at the dock. Lots of very nice trawlers to look at. Restaurant was also excellent and prices better than expected. Thanks for great stay.

This is a great marina to refill and to spend the night everybody there is friendly and accommodating, and they always wanna help. I’ve just made my fourth trip there and on every occasion it has been really good.

Safe Harbor and Dockwa have ruined yet another great and convenient stop. Third strike was yesterday. First. I wanted to have a bottom done on a 65’ boat. I called and was told service was on a fishing trip, call back. I asked to leave my information and the office woman said no, call back. Laziness, so that boat went to Atlantic Yacht Basin. Second. Safe Harbor: Marathon, Charleston City, Southport all take reservations over the phone. Give them a card number and they do whatever they need. Which is great as a delivery captain so you don’t end up with 15 boats a credits cards on the account. Not this place. Two days it took to try and secure a reservation. Meet with an extremely rude office lady and dock staff. So I added yet another card and boat into the account. Went to pay for fuel and they needed the card again. So I am not sure what the reliance on Dockwa is. At other Safe Harbors you put the card on the reservation and it gets charged. Third I needed a paper copy of the charges. The didn’t know how to print it from Dockwa told me to come back later, not we’ll bring you one. So I had to walk across the marina to get the receipt after tying the boat up. Then the dockmaster ten walked over towards my boat anyway. Corporate greed, arrogance, and laziness have taken over. If you call and don’t get Dave on the phone just go to Tidewater, Port Comfort, or Waterside.

Quiet, clean, friendly

Great communication with the confirmation with Dave and also the staff at the fuel dock and with lines at the slip. Beautiful Marina, pool and restaurant.

The staff were superb. And what a nicely kept marina property with a great view and access to aa nice town. We will return!

Safe Harbor Bluewater Marina is an excellent marina, one we hope to visit again soon. The dock hands, Melissa and Brooklyn, were very helpful with docking, while Jackee was professional and kind with our marina reservation. The bathrooms are new and clean, and the free laundry is most appreciated. Dave, the manager, and his entire staff are always around the docks ready to assist! Thank you Bluewater Marina!!

Great marina Dave is great. Very clean bathrooms and food in resturant is good . Staff stayed late to get us in at closing

We had bent a propeller, Frank at the yard arranged to haul us out to remove the bent prop, then suggested a propeller shop to take it to! The shop was very professional, set us up with two used propellers which happened to work very well. On our way back to the yard Frank indicated that if we got back by 3:30 they would re-haul our boat and replace both props so we could proceed north. The entire yard team were incredibly professional and amazingly accommodating. We were back in the water by 4:30pm! We will go back to the marina as everyone was friendly and charming!! It was an amazing experience! My hat is off to Frank the yard manager. He was great!!

Great location, nice restaurant, free laundry. solid floating docks. Dave the manager, Jimmy in service and Joey in parts are fantastic. Will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful ! Accommodated our request for a T Head and respected the fact we had asked in advance giving us priority over last minute requests. Also great help from dockhand who we believe was Dockmaster

Easy in and out. Not far from the grocery. And very nice members! I enjoyed it.
