KIYC was a beautiful place, everyone was so nice and accommodating. There was only one thing to watch out for, super high tides flood the parking lot and RV area. We still had a great time though.

Had a wonderful weekend camping here. Loved being on the water. The views are just amazing. So cool you could hear all the music from all the bars around. The people that work here are so nice. Shout out to Jeff!!
All the other campers there too were super friendly especially Coy. He made my kids fishing experience awesome!

We were there with our RV and other friends with their RVs, and friends on their boat. We had an excellent time 7/3-7. Kent Island Yacht Club is so beautiful and everyone is so friendly. Also, we went to the club on Thursday night for dinner. On Saturday night they had a band outside and they were good and a lot of fun. Thank you to Coy and his crew as the campground area is so nice and spacious. (PS We used to all have boats and come to KIYC and now we have RVs and are so happy that you guys allow RVs.) Thanks again.

Another great stay at the Kent Island Yacht Club. The Commodore personally came out to visit and help with the lines. Currents can be a little tricky so it’s best to use spring lines in both directions. Local area is great with close access to many nice restaurants,

We pulled into one of the most southerly slips just south of the walk to the front door of the clubhouse. This slip is cross current. The wind came up from the south and with an ebb current created a lot of rocking and rolling.
Make sure you tie up in a location allowing current parallel to the boat.
Very nice club with great facilities.

With 10+ Restaurants and Dock Bars - all within a half a mile of the Club! Its an easy walk via the Cross Island Trail or via a short Dinghy ride.
We welcome most all Yacht Club and Cruising affiliations such as: CBYCA, Yacht Clubs of America, America's Great Loop Cruisers' Association (AGLCA), Waterway Guide members and BoatUS.

Transients are welcome to an overnight or weekend stay at our private club or you can join KIYC to enjoy our club year-round and get a full lease (April 1st thru March 31st.) at a very reasonable rate or discounted transient rates. KIYC is easy to get to by car and puts you close to so much by boat. In addition to dockage, we now have 15 RV parking sites available for KIYC Members, Member quest and Reciprocating Yacht Clubs. RV sites are listed as moorings.
By boat, KIYC is just 11 miles from either Rock Hall to its north or Saint Michaels to its south. With Chester and Corsica rivers just to its north and Eastern Bay, Wye and Miles rivers to its south you can pick your game whether you want to fish, crab, sail, anchor out, visit historic towns, etc, etc. Knapps Narrows is just a short jump and Oxford just beyond that. Approximately 21 miles to Baltimore for City life with Aquarium, Museums, etc or to Annapolis with Naval Academy and all it has going on. Want to go further, you have the entire Chesapeake Bay at your call.
Afterward you can cruise back to KIYC to lay back and relax at an Eastern Shore pace while enjoying its serene setting and all the amenities. Close-by, visit the cross island trail, heritage center, environmental center and more. KIYC has very attractive slip rates (membership required) and when you want to visit other areas the list of reciprocal Yacht clubs is very impressive. Make KIYC your home port and truly enjoy all boating has to offer within easy reach.
And our POOL! Enjoy spectacular views of Prospect Bay while you are in our heated saltwater pool (open from April till September) order food from our Kitchen's full menu along with libations from our bar brought to you at the pool. Have fun at the TIKI Bar, sit on the patio or in the Lounge and enjoy a million-dollar view while making friends, eating great food, and partaking in beverages.
