Love a family run marina. Curt and Pamela work hard and do a great job running the marina. Not a lot of fluff if that’s what you need but great people and access to help with your boating and other needs.
Local boaters are very friendly and one of the charter boats gave us some of his catch.

Friendly hosts, adequate dock. Well protected from weather.
This is not a resort marina, it is a "mom and pop" type plece. Nothing fancy, but clean facilities and a nicely stocked marina store. Food delivery is available, both from Kroger and pizza places.

This marina is a small family-owned business that is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding area. Curt is kind and helpful. The docks could use some refreshing and they don't seem to get much traffic. We sought out some protection from thunderstorms, and were relieved to find Mills Marina. They are a little hard to get ahold of, but once we were in contact, Curt was very helpful in getting us tied up. Walmart was able to get a delivery to us too!

You will find that there are many exceptional day and over night destinations available by sea, and a multitude of touring locations by land.
