Awesome! New pool and new clubhouse.

Beautiful modern facilities, very clean. Even on Sundays someone is cleaning the washrooms and premises. Large swimming pool with hot tub. Great outdoor patio and very well appointed indoor lounge. Staff is very attentive. We received a courtesy call two days before our arrival welcoming us and asking if we need anything. Slips are very narrow, but the harbor is well protected so no issue for us with a 14’ beam.

Great service by Denise. Very good communication and accommodations. Will definitely return.

Safe Harbor Grand Isle was a great marina to stay in. They were helpful in getting us a slip when we got delayed for several days in Ludington due to wind/waves. Denise the Harbormaster was fantastic to work with and had a ton of info for us and to help us have the best stay with our dogs. We had an issue with a starter switch on our boat and Nate the Service Manger and the Crew in Parts and Service was there to help quickly. Diagnose, order and install the part so we could get on our way. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and trust the people who work there. Everyone was nice and I highly recommend this as a stop.

We planned to stay for Labor Day weekend but had to stay longer due to weather. What a great stop! Needed some desperate electronics troubleshooting: Service manager scheduled us asap and the awesome tech got the wiring done quickly and resolved the problem. The people here made the stop here enjoyable. From meeting us at the dock, inviting us to their yearly party and taking care of service. Marina is clean, grounds are impeccable, docks in great condition. Highly recommend.

Shout out to Safe Harbor Grand Isle. Marina is beautiful, had a great pool and hot tub, and close to town and restaurants. Denise and her Staff were so helpful in contacting us on our way in to assist with questions and help get us settled

There is so much to do in Grand Haven. You can easily spend a week there. And there is no better place to stay than Safe Harbor Grand Isle Marina. It’s a resort for boaters who enjoy great dockage, a ships store, and a nice pool for the family. And the best thing is the service from all the great people that go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. They really understand what boating is all about.

Best and cleanest marina on the entire lake. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Bathrooms immaculate. Pool is immaculate. Grounds immaculate. Love it here.

Another great Safe Harbor Marina! Excellent communication, facilities and dock. Denise was amazing in how organized, friendly and knowledgeable she was regarding anything we asked. The captain's lounge, pool and showers were really incredible - one of the nicest so far on our loop adventure. I'd highly recommend this marina

This is a top-notch Marina! All of the amenities were beautiful. Clean and wonderful showers, great laundry room, amazing clubhouse, and pool. The staff was so kind and wonderful.

What a great marina! The staff is very welcoming and helpful; the marina is large, clean, well maintained and easy to access. The pool area and restrooms are excellent! They even had a food truck the day we checked in which is really nice as there is no restaurant on site. Downtown is a 1-1.5 mile super easy walk or bike ride away. We really enjoyed our stay!

A very large and well maintained marina. The transient dock space is on the inner pier with plenty of power outlets for multiple boats. The boaters lounge is a short walk with a pool, multiple separate large restrooms with showers, a workout room, laundry room, and several large areas to relax under cover. On Saturday morning they offer a free continental breakfast for boaters. The marina is kind of isolated, meaning the closest restaurant is about a ten minute walk but then there are several places to shop including a small West Marine.

Reservation was not responded to within 5 hours. Several calls the following day were required. And parking for transient boaters was not allowed in the slip spots. We had to park about a quarter mile from the slip.

Great staff. Helped before we arrived, helped with docking, and followed up on our visit.

Great staff and terrific people in this marina. This is what boating is all about. Next year the new facility will be completed which will put a cherry on top for this place.
