Bisman Slips

Our pontoon was punctured while being put in this spring. It took on water and moritz removed it and repaired it for us and luckily didn’t charge us for their mistake 😡. We also had our Maui mat stolen off of our boat and there are no security cameras to prevent theft.

Wondering what is being done to constitute a price increase every year?? at the very least dredging the entrances would help.

Permanent bathrooms for the most part were good. Blue outhouse was terrible

Nicely kept up, easy to undock and dock pontoon.

2025 was a good year and I have nothing but positive things to say about the entire marina experience.

Everything was great as usual!!

The docks were always in great condition and anytime I contacted the marina owners, they were accommodating and quick to respond.

Bisman slips were maintained and managed as hoped and expected. Plus communication with owners was easy and replies/responses were prompt.

Cost is pretty drastic from what it used to be and should be with very minimal to no changes. Water in the bay should be maintained and cleaned/ aquatic weed removal. Also corner brases are a hassel for docking and don't benefit the docks.

Well kept until the end of the year. Having the Pier restaurant nearby is great too

it is very convenient

Had fuel missing from my tank. Just filled it, and a week later the 20 gallon tank needed 15.7 gallons to fill it.

It takes a long time to get things fixed. I reported the need for row signs 2 years ago. Finally this year

Great season, enjoyed the updates to the dock system (labeling of docks)

Great place to rent a slip except for one thing. The forest that is growing in the water behind my slip.

Slips are a little tight but manageable maybe put a smaller pontoon with the larger fish and ski boats like ours

nice new walkway Security cameras would also help

Everything was great.

Had jetty in first slot near shore never once this season had a chance to park jetski in our designated spot. Called in and thought we had a plan but never came through. Our only option was to park in slot where jetski in our slot was supposed to park and many an outing that spot was filled with non stickered PWC. Frustrating to say the least.
