I have been renting a slip for just one year and have recently been very pleased with the obvious changes to the property. James came on board sometie last Fall and since his arrival, there has been a considerable improvement in the property. Lots of positive things to say including better options at the store, excellent customer service while filling up with fuel, overall much cleaner property with deep cleaning taking place all the time. I am looking forward to being a very long time tenant and am excited to see the changes as they continue.

What a great stay. James and Kelly are a pleasure, the location is easy for access to the city, fun to see all the activities on the river, love the trail system for walking and biking, great wildlife all around. Glad we made the trip to Knoxville. MV Shanti

Great support to meet occupants' needs in reasonable timeframes. The Dock Manager and staff are always working on tasks to clean, correct, or fix any issue the Marina incurs.

I have really enjoyed working with Kelly M. And Kevin H. The onboarding process was outstanding. Location, location, location. Im moving boat immediately and looking forward to the new experience of Knoxville’s only downtown marina and only “100 yards” from the University of Tennessee’s football stadium and Vol Navy docks. Two minute walk to Ruth Chris and veeeery shrt cruise to Calhoun’s on the River. I’m looking forward to all the opportunities of the South Riverfront Development in the future. Less than 3 miles to premiere housing. I’m really happy and excited.
