Nice Marina, very helpful and friendly staff. Great location and easy walk to lots of restaurants and bars. Lovely coastal town! Only complaint (certainly not marinas fault) is the noise from the ports next door. Trying to sit on the deck was hard due to the noise of the forklifts but inside it was fine. Would definitely stay here again.

Very accommodating. Overnight turned into a 3 day stay waiting out the blow. Everyone was very kind and had answers to all our questions and needs. Fair fuel pricing compared to other marinas and more than fair on their dockage rates. Will certainly stay again on the transit back south. Only negative is there is zero protection from hard southerlies.

Super nice and helpful staff. So-so surroundings being next to the commercial port, but quiet, safe and the staff couldn't be nicer. Renovated on-shore showers, bathrooms, and laundry and a small ship's store. Close proximity to many restaurants and marine supply stores.
A word of caution though: DO NOT STAY WHEN THERE IS A STIFF SW wind - there is absolutely no protection and it gets really rough. I stayed when there was a 24kt blow from the SSW and I literally needed to turn my engines on to counter the wind and 2-3' waves crashing over the docks and through the marina - it sounded like my lines were going to break or my cleats get pulled out! Scary day.

Great service. Got lots of help for docking and refueling. Diesel fuel was not cheap $4,20/gal. Laundry room leaves to be desired: one small washing machine ($2/load) and a bit bigger dryer ($2 also) but clothes were not completely dry. No table to fold clothes. No trash bin.

A convenient place to stay that’s close to the mouth of the Beaufort Inlet/ Moorehead City. They put us and another sailboat on the fuel dock. I was happy to find a place with sufficient depth because we draw 6’ 7”. Our neighbor drew over 7 feet. A number of folks came out to help us dock which was great. One downside, at least during our (1) night stay was that the bathrooms were n the dirty side. Other than that, we would stay again. BTW - there are some awesome restaurants within walking distance. We had dinner at Redfish and can highly recommend it.

Nice facility. Friendly staff. Close to town. Docks are exposed to West, Southwest winds. Rolly in a blow from that direction.

The marina is updated and well maintained. It has the best staff you will find. Everything they could do to make our stay pleasant was taken care of. We did find the dockage to be quite rough when a strong west wind blew in.

Convenient location near the inlet. Helpful staff. Close to nearby restaurants. Just be prepared to be rocked early in the morning til fairly late at night as there is no seawall protection from the fishing boats heading in and out of the harbor,

Absolutely great experience. The staff are incredibly professional, kind and helpful and know how to run a top notch marina.
The dockhands were always available and knew how to advise to account for wind/current, the facilities are upgraded, fuel quality was good and safe new docks.
The real star of this place is the dock master and the office staff which go above and beyond to make your stay safe and pleasant. Couldn’t be more happy with our experience there.

Dog park listed in Dockwa and there was no dog park. There was a strip along the workers parking lot about 24” wide for potting dog. This is a very small marina. It sufficed but wouldn’t return unless it was a place of last resort. Be aware there is only 1 coin operated washer and one dryer as well. There is a lot of construction going on there too.

Maybe it was our unlucky day, but we are a 56’ boat, 19’ high and the put us about as far out on the dock as possible in 30 mph winds out of the channel. No one got and sleep that night! Rocking and rolling all night long. Had to hold on to walk inside the boat. I just feel like they could have brought us in a little further and no one mentioned that they we under construction and we’d have to drag our power cords halfway down the dock to a working power connection. Couldn’t wait to get out of there! Sorry

The entire staff went above and beyond to help me with a mechanical issue. They then checked in personally at the boat to make sure I was good. Couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming and helpful spot. The facility is easy to access and really clean. Will absolutely visit this spot again!
About Port 32 Portside Marina
Portside Marina is located in downtown Morehead City, NC at ICW mile marker 205. There are numerous restaurants, shops, boutiques, bars and museums within walking distance. In addition, taxi, Uber and Lyft are available for transport, and nearly all grocery stores make deliveries.
We offer deep water slips for vessels up to 200' LOA with no beam restrictions. Immediate access to the ICW and Atlantic Ocean. 50 and 100 amp power service is available. We also offer 3 Phase power options.
After hours fueling available with appointment.
Marina amenities include diesel, gas, bathroom facilities, coin laundry, well provisioned ship store, wine shop, and onsite boat brokerage. We also offer an onsite service department.

Booking Info
Reservations booked as part of a group (5 or more boats) require a nonrefundable one-night deposit and will receive a 10% nightly discount. The deposit is not returned, regardless of when the reservation is cancelled.
Departures after noon will be charged day dockage rates.
