Approach was not too technical. Follow the markers. Excellent floating docks with deep water off of C Dock. Marina manager braved the rain to help me tie up! Bathrooms were clean and non-affiliated restaurant was jumping. $5 premium beers and good food! Pizza oven produced a decent pie. I will return.

Fabulous facilities! Easy Marina to get in and out of. We have a 50 foot ocean Alexander that draws 5 feet. They also have a boat that will take you across the river to Yorktown. If you don’t wanna get in your dinghy. The restaurant there (can’t remember the name of it) was amazing! Great customer service all around!

Very nice setup with helpful personnel. Surprisingly good restaurant on site. Good clean showers. Only thing not available was the laundry as they are upgrading facility and equipment. This year all was good except marginal WiFi at transient dock.

Marina is in excellent condition with constant improvements. The restaurant on site (YROC) is very good and quite popular. Marina staff is great with any help needed. We will return.

Great stay, need to get extend due to WX. Candace on dock super friendly and helpful. Brand new baths, very clean. Good onsite restaurant.

Our stay at York River Yacht Haven was good and mostly uneventful. There were several available slips and we were put out in the end of the C-Dock T-pier. I would really would have like to be inside the T and not exposed to the wake of passing vessels, of which there were many. The staff were welcoming and professional. The power was clean. We would definitely return, but try to make arrangements for an inside slip next time.

Preston was helpful and very courteous! He’s a true professional and enjoys his job! We are glad we stayed at his marina! He salted the docks very well and thank goodness because we woke up to snow!

Great marina but beware Friday and Saturday nights if you like it quiet. They put me in a slip by the restaurant and it was super busy until about 10PM. There was a band and a crowd. I had fun, but I didn't get an early night's sleep.
They've got nice facilities, great docks, clean, and well maintained. The staff is friendly. But if you want quiet, ask to be well away from the restaurant.

We loved our stay, very much appreciated the marina’s after hours (on a holiday weekend) immediate response to accommodate us!! Not to mention the bartender’s willingness to take care of us at last call! Beautifully manicured and well maintained marina - we’ll surely be back in our travels!!
