I made a last minute booking to avoid travelling during a severe thunderstorm. The dockmaster met me at the slip, helped me secure the boat in some pretty nasty wind, and gave me the rundown on what I needed to know.
The docks are in good condition and the facilities are pretty good. The washrooms and showers are functional and get the job done but won't win any awards. The pool is end of life. The clubhouse is lovely, however, and is the centerpiece of the property.
As a member owned club that takes in transients, the real prize here is the people. I felt welcomed, and enjoyed some great conversations. It is an excellent spot for a stop on the Hudson.

The people were very nice but they put us at a dock with no water. They did offer to move us. It was a very loud rocking night. Lots of banging from the dock and lines jerking. Kind of expensive for what you got.

We really liked the Yacht Club. Easy to access transient docks and friendly staff.
The only hesitation for staying again is the constant waking from the ferry coming and going. There were two transients during our stay, and we both had to get off our boats several times due to the severe rocking. There are attenuator docks that take care of any wind-blown waves, but every time the ferry departed, there was violent waking. Perhaps it was made worse by the southerly wind.

We spent a night at the yacht club, it was an easy in and out with a nice floating dock. We would return again when in the area.

Friendly. Solid concrete docks. Picnic grove with canopy and gas grills was very nice. Easy access to trains. Spectacular views.

Easy In easy out. I bit rolly but after ferry service ended for night. Calmed down nicely. Harbormaster was very attentive and pleasant to work with. Will return

Great view, Dockmaster was very good. They are having a problem with the power. Main breaker kept going out. Also water didn’t work last day. That besides , very nice place to stay.

What an awesome place! If you are a "do everything" person like us, then this is the place for you!
Swimming pool with lifeguards, Kayaking, Live music... Barbecue grills, a full bar and kitchen that you can use, a nice bath house. Not to mention the wonderful staff and great view.

Very accommodating! We had our mooring at Nyack cancelled on us with no warning and they took us right in! Talk us through resetting the electric. Amazing view and sunset 😊❤️
