Extraordinary in every way. Fixed concrete piers in A1 condition. Huge grass area directly behind slip for easy quick potty breaks. Gorgeous pool, spa and outside bar. Super staff. 10 stars for their concierge service. Very luxurious and relaxing. Competent efficient dock staff. Live Music at pool on Friday night. tWorth every penny. Will stay there on our return trip.

Marina was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was beautiful with a tiki bar, but the tiki bar did not have food which was a disappointment. Location is nice because you were walking distance from the best restaurants in marathon.

Excellent facilities and attentive staff. Would not recommend for any vessel with greater than a 5’ draft. Very skinny water as soon as you leave the basin. Otherwise, 5 stars.

The grounds were clean, all of the staff was super helpful and nice, and there are several restaurant options within walking distance. We were docked in the outer basin and the winds were blowing 20 to 25 kts out of the north. The boat rocked quite a bit but they did warn us when we confirmed the reservation. Because they did give us a heads up, we were expecting the worst, so it ended up not being as bad as expected. 😊

Great place... Good people. The only issue I have is that they make you fill out this long form with initials and signatures even though I'm sure all that is handled by Dockwa... The extra step seems unnecessary.

Had a great couple days there in May. Beautiful facility with super nice people. Can walk to several restaurants, and it's great having the tiki bar by the pool. One of only 2 places I would ever stay in Marathon.

This is a nice dockage with good employees. The pool is great and the pool bar has fun activities each afternoon. Wifi is good. There should be better access to land showers. There is only one and you need to be escorted to it. Laundry needs an appointment since it is in such demand from the cruisers with long term dockage.

Was just an OK stop over for a few nights. Typically, when we make a reservation through Dockwa, once we get the email confirmation of our reservation that is the end of it until we call on the radio for docking instructions. For some reason we got a call from the marina, wanting to know all of our credit card and billing information, and then a Call the day before our arrival for an ETA and one on the day of arrival for an ETA. Was told I needed the ETA so they could be ready for us when we arrived, but we did get there. There were other boats in front of us, which is certainly understandable. We shared the end of the dock with a bunch of birds and there stink. Swimming pool was OK but the hot tub was out of order and was told it had been a few weeks waiting for parts. Also, at most resort type marinas we stay, bicycles, and paddle boards and kayaks are all complementary. At Marlin Bay there is an extra fee for each. Even at the pool, they only sold sun black rather than having a complimentary pump bottle of it. The staff was cordial and helpful.

This is a hidden gem. A small resort. Well maintained. No restaurant but there are plenty near by.

Marlin bay resort was a gorgeous atmosphere. The pool, hot tub, bar, and staff was very friendly. Tom was a great bartender! We arrived by motor vessel and stayed on are vessel in the marina. We are on a 53' carver with a 5' draft. Once we arrived, the slip was great, however arriving wasn't the best. There are no channel markers leading into the marina and we hit bottom and stirred up sand a few times. One of the dock masters, A, was very patient with us and stayed on the phone directing us in and also helped us dock due to a bow thruster issue. If it wasn't for A, we would have canceled the reservation due to stress. Once we were there, we also asked quiet a few team members and people on the best way to exit back to the channel. Kaya, April, Madison, and Phil each had great input on helping us. Another thing we thought was a little disappointing was that we thought we were able to use the bikes and paddleboards offered for free, but it was only for people staying in the actual resort. It wasn’t offered to people staying on their boat.

Excellent resort and marina. Staff was great, Tomas, A, Kathy and Kia the Harbor Master were all great. First rate service and facility. I hope in the future they will include a laundry room for those in the marina.
