The location was great and the docks in fine condition but people should be forewarned that the roll in the marina due to passing ferry boat wakes are horrendous. Looking around there is no good dock for this and all the boats were rolling apart from very large vessels. It's not just the boat that becomes unstable but the docks as well and we saw multiple people fall over. Not good for sea sick people or a dinner aboard.

Staff was amazing! Appreciate their friendliness and knowledge of the area. It was pretty rough all day due to wake traffic and hard to stay on the boat. Not a dog friendly place as it is a city busy area and you have to walk a ways to take care of dog places. Can’t say enough good things about all of the staff. Just great!

Fantastic location and very friendly dock hands. But use extreme caution bring extra fenders and lines. The waves during the day are unbelievably bad. The worst I have seen. It does calm down to almost flat around 9:30 so sleeping on the boat was nice.

We love it at Chelsea. Everybody who works there goes above and beyond to accommodate us.

Nice location. Very bumpy/rolling. Adequate but disinterested staff. Incredibly (for $350 per night), no restroom/shower facilities. Directed to the public restrooms in attached restaurant/bar. Living off the location and few Manhattan marina options.

Staff very friendly and helpful, decent prices, you pay for the location which is superb, now and then a bit wavey but that's due to the heavy traffic of ferries and ships along the Hudson River but is just couple seconds, nothing really to bother or dangerous. Great place to stay

Not only is the facility first read, but the staff makes all of the difference. There is always somebody to help with a friendly face. One of my best boating decisions was to spend the season at Chelsea marina.

Seamless experience. Love the convenience of the marina to the Chelsea Market, High Line and other NYC attractions. The evening was surprisingly still with not a lot of rocking from passing boats.

Hi, the Marina location is fantastic. The dock staff were very helpful with lines and directing us to the dock. The marina itself is very rocky due to ferry traffic between about 7am till 10pm After 10PM things settle down and sleeping on the boat was fine. If you plan on staying on the boat during the day you may find it a bit uncomfortable. However, like in real estate, location, location, location.

Super friendly, helpful staff.

Staff are wonderful, location is great and safe but the marina has major power issue. We had to run on generator often because we weren’t getting anything close to 220, 205-210 mostly. It’s apparently a known issue, Captains next to us says it’s been like that for years and they always run on generators here. For the price per foot, they need to fix the power. This can cause major damage to your vessel so be ware.

Amazing staff Slip a bit tight

I would NEVER go back to this Marina. Very unhelpful staff. The swell from the Hudson make staying on board unplayable.
