Excellent overnight dockage! WiFi, Boaters kitchen, laundry, ice machine, trash, three bathrooms/showers. Walking distance to three or four restaurants / bars. (Recommend Beachcomber!) Plus a souvenir shop and gas station. Super helpful staff and great location.

Terrific small marina. Excellent Dockmaster. Several nearby restaurants/bars. Use of laundry machines, ice machine, and propane grill included. No problem with water depth if you follow dockmaster directions.

Chadwick Cove Marina is a gem of a place on Manasota Key. We booked it without know much about the area and were pleasantly surprised at the upgraded marine facilities, the access to the beach across the street, the proximity to great restaurants. The list goes on and on. We'll definitely be back!

Had a great overnight at this place. Management was quick to respond after hours when we came in and everyone was super friendly. Restaurant right next door with live music was nice. Thanks!

I can't say enough good things about this marina. The dockmaster is great and helped us with great directions getting into the cove and was there to help with dock lines. He gave us a ride to a hardware store for some parts we needed. He shared all the best local restaurants & bars. The marina has been updated since the last hurricane and has nice bathrooms and a crazy nice laundry room with brand new machines and a kitchen area completely free to guests. They even have free ice machine. The marina is walking distance to restaurants, a circle K mini mart, and the gulf is across the street. It's a small marina and pretty tight to get into but I would stay here again.

Nice little tucked away Marina that's close to restaurants and the beach. Nice bathrooms and laundry area. The people were nice and we enjoyed our stay there. Wi-Fi worked really well.

Nice small marina. Very close to beach and fun to walk. Restaurant on property and several within walking distance. Harbormaster is very nice and great at helping you get docked. Nice washer/dryers. Nice combo bathroom/showers. Very helpful in getting us in and extending our stay a couple days when having issues getting in elsewhere. Clean, new docks.

Wonderful people, great facilities, lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. What more can I say? We had a great stay with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There are not many marinas that provide a kitchen, grill, laundry facilities and really clean restrooms. We will be back!

Stayed at Chadwick’s Cove on Monday, May 19, 2025. In communication with Jim the Dockmaster throughout the day, as we weren’t sure if we could make it all the way to him from Fort Myers. When we finally decided to make it to Chadwick’s, Jim was very kind to stay an extra two hours to welcome us at 6:00, as well as to get us pumped out so we could leave before they opened in the morning. We were greeted by Jim and several Marina residents upon our arrival, everyone ready and willing to assist us in getting into our slip and tying off. We needed a repair part, and the owner of the boat next to us offered to drive me to the nearby hardware/marine parts store. When I returned, the neighbor on my other side was very kind to troubleshoot a concern about my bilge with me. We used the air conditioned kitchen to prepare our dinner, we appreciated the free ice from the ice machine, and we even did a free load of laundry. The beautiful bathrooms were updated, air conditioned, private, and clean! I’ve stayed in a dozen different marinas in the same number of days on a trip around Florida from Jacksonville, and this one ranks up as one of the best, especially because of Jim!

Brand new docks, due to recent storm damage. Excellent facilities, showers, washers ice, all brand new. Beach is right the across the road and plenty of food options all within walking. Enjoyed our stay highly recommend and give them the support.

We were in a bind! Need a place to stay the night that could provide us some power. Checked in with the dock master and he said yep I can get you in. Little curious that there was a boat anchored in the middle of the “channel” on the way in but we got in there! They talked with us during our transit and we confirmed we’d end up there after 5. Another boater had been asked to help us come in. It’s nice to see the area coming back.
