Very quiet over the holiday weekend, but the staff was very helpful and friendly

Small Marina excellent and Dock only room for one or two transient boats. Dock cans were outstanding. Have Pickleball courts, but nobody was playing. We will come back.

They were very helpful in docking, We went there for one day but able to extend for another day with the no issues. Good restaurants around to enjoy, strongly recommend a visit if your travels allow

Couldn’t say more for the accommodations and the dock master. He helped us get in and made sure we were comfortable. However, be careful entering the inside channel at low tide, my boat draws 3.5 feet and I scraped bottom… ugh!

Tom met us on the Dock. He was super friendly and helpful. I had pre-booked so there was no paperwork to complete and Tom had already checked us in when we arrived. It could not have been easier, or more welcoming. The Marina is well equipped with good and very clean bathroom facilities. The pool was lovely, just the thing after a hot day on the water. I believe there is a bar / restaurant too but we didn't have time to try, I guess we will just have to come back! Many thanks. Ben

Good group of folks - helped me in difficult weather hold

Tom and his wife were Magnificent. Helped us dock. Travelled with my Daughter and her husband and our grandchildren and he was able to put us in close slips even though we have two different size boats. Pool was great, very clean, bathrooms were clean. Had Breakfast brought in from LI Bagel Cafe, awesome. Wish there was breakfast place on site. We were going to Laura’s BBQ but switched at the last minute to The Cove, it was awesome. Will do it again for sure. Fueled up and pumped out. Wish we got a little discount on fuel but only for Full time members. Going to try other Safe Harbors along the Sound in the next few weeks.

Great marina for winterizing your boat

Nice dock, clean bathrooms and showers. Restaurant within walking distance. Dock-master Tom was very friendly and helpful. We will return on our way back.

Great staff Great place

We had a pleasant stay at Safe Harbor Glen Cove. The dock master was extremely helpful as we tied up and he provided a lot of good information concerning the yard and the surrounding area. The heads, showers and pool were a fairly long walk from our pier but were modern, clean and in good condition. There’s a good sounding BBQ restaurant on the marina grounds but it was closed on the Tuesday we tried to visit it. My only minor complaint is that, like most of the marinas we stopped at on our way down the Hudson to Long Island Sound, this marina had no way for us to dispose of recyclable plastic.

40 years of boat ownership and this is the very best marina I have ever felt with. Management and staff are outstanding and helpful in any way possible. I always recommend Safe Harbor Glenn Cove to all friends at Centerport Yacht Club.

Very helpful marina crew. I was there overnight. Easy slip to get in and out of. Only issue was that no one responded on the radio the morning I left (9:30 am on a Sunday) to get help with lines but another boater helped out

Tom and staff are great !

Great full-service marina. We needed a place to stop to take on water and wash down the boat after a very salty passage. Safe Harbor Glen Cove was ideal. Tom the dock master was very friendly and very helpful. Would definitely consider stopping her in the future.
