Excellent transient dockage & amenities. Easy & quick van service on property but also grocery. Several restaurant choices on property. Beach Club private, great restaurant & bar & pool. Marina store has free coffee, friendly staff.

This is one of my favorite marinas for a getaway. The people are very friendly, the pool is excellent, and it is close (walking distance) to a Publix. They also have free transportation to St. Armand's Circle where there is fun shopping and dining. I wish they would renovate the restrooms and showers. But, other than that, it is outstanding.

Nice marina. Nice people.
However, very overpriced for not getting much. Beach and 2-3 restaurants is not worth the price. Compare to other marinas across in area that have way more to do, this is slow and boring, for the price

Great full service Marina! Everyone was very pleasant, particularly the young women who worked in the Harbour Master’s office. Great place to bring your dogs along with you. I would recommend and we will definitely come back.

Facilities were excellent. I was there at the same time during system shut down as the previous commenter but I cannot share the same concerns he expressed. The customer service was excellent to help us through this situation. The Stuff at the Portofino and the Whiskey Bar Clubhouse were very friendly and the food was very good. I should have looked at my emails when I approached the Marina. All information was there, but I had waited for a text message and missed the info about approach and amenities they offer their guests.

Facilities were nice but customer service is not a priority for the marina staff. I understand their systems were down for a few days, but then they should have gone out of their way to make sure we had all of the information needed (I had to ask for an explanation of the amenities and for our access cards to be printed). We had dinner at Portofino and it was delicious.

We are sorry for the inconvenience; we have never experienced a full shut down like this and unfortunately had no way of reaching out to boaters since we had no access to our phones or email. Great stay. Fabulous dinner at marina. Shuttle service to other areas of the resort was great. Beach was fabulous and the staff at the marina, spa and beach (and shuttle drivers) were top notch.

I have stayed at the Moorings a handful of times and it is always a wonderful experience. My folks live diagonally across the street so it is very convenient. I like to be honest in my reviews. This marina has fixed slips so getting on and off your boat can be a challenge at different times of tides (my boat Cruiser Cantius 48). My folks 84 could not get on. Obviously this is a my boat issue. If you want to launch your dinghy off the swim platform, I would go bow in. Depth was no issue coming into the marina 5 feet at 2 hours after low time. Once in you have 12 plus feet easy. $50 daily resort fee is added to your nightly dock fee. WIFI this trip was better than previous stays so that’s a plus. CVS, Bank. Post Office and Publix in walking distance. The resort van runs from the marina to Saint Armand’s Circle to Resort on demand and is excellent. Communication on the radio was excellent, dock hands excellent, phone conversations excellent, amenities excellent, etc. The marina is one of the best and well run marinas. Protection is very good.

Great location, great amenities, great staff. We would prefer floating docks but it's FL West coast. They are still working on repairing damage, but they're open.
Our only ding is there can be long walks from the docks to the shuttle. Sometimes we could get picked-up / dropped-off at the dock, other times the dock master wouldn't let the shuttle come pick us up.
