The dock personnel & marina store personnel were very personable & helpful. Everyone went out of their way to assist us as a transient boat. Crystal in the marina store was especially helpful. Having a restaurant on the premises & a pool was amazing.

Friendly people - Excellent staff. Reservation and logistics information provided was ample and timely. Store and restaurant are convenient and accommodating. Restrooms clean. Fuel dock easily accessible even for larger boat.
WIFI signal was weak at the end of the pier but not really a significant issue.

Marina okay. Very dissatisfied with no pump out on the docks on the weekends. What a stupid policy. I’m not going to take my boat out of my slip, go to fuel dock then back in my slip for a pump out.
Also restrooms are awful. They need total renovations.

The marina was fine and the fuel dock opened nice and early. Fuel prices were ther best around.
Really disappointed with the restaurant Casa Cay. Needs a complete makeover.

It fulfilled the adage "any port in a storm" as a strong cold front was approaching. Dock hand Mike went over and above to help us get situated for our two night stay. Relative to the transient rate, fixed docks can only be described as rough. Finger pier along on side of one side was the shortest I've experienced in over 1500 miles of this year's cruise. Bathrooms and showers which were probably nice at one time were now old and abused. Laundry facilities were newer and machines were plentiful. Restaurant and bar which is directly in front of the transient slips was very convenient but we didn't eat there so can't comment to star level or price. Live band was entertaining and not too loud. Pump out was supposedly available at the dock, which we waited for many hours, but it seemed that the staff were not eager to take on the effort of bringing out the hose. So we decided to just move on without it. Dock power was fine. Lastly, depth was an issue at below than average low tide with depth sounder adjusted to waterline displayed less than 5 feet several times on the way out of the harbor. We draw 5.5 and we didn't run hard aground so the harbor must be silted. Over all, this marina provided what we needed for the circumstances, but don't expect this marina to measure up to standards typically found at other facilities charging a similar price point.

Docking was easy and the staff friendly. The shower facilities were clean. We enjoyed breakfast at the deli before we left. All in all, I’ll be back again.

Very nice marina and facilities. We docked about 5:30 pm with about 9 mph wind. The marina closed at 5 and there were no dock hands to help. The bar and restaurant were packed with an audience. I've heard it said, " either you are watching a show or you are the show!" LOL Some very nice guests helped us with dock lines and we managed to slide right into our slip. All in all a great experience and we would go there again.

Fantastic service. Most docks in good condition, transient dock close to facilities. Great amenities. Came in at high tide and channel shallow in many spots. Departed at mid tide and hit mud a couple of times in marina and channel with a 5.5 ft draft. Overall great marina.
