Sailing Associates and Andy were incredibly helpful and hospitable during our two day stay. From catching our lines to helping us off the dock to providing local guidance, they did it all. 10/10 stay, highly recommended, and we’ll be back. Thank you SAI!

We spent over a week here on a mooring ball as we were visiting relatives in Middletown DE. This was very convenient with reasonable mooring prices, we'll protected from all directions and very friendly staff. The only thing was that we had to loop in our own lines for a pennant. A little tricky from amidship but no huge problem. We would definitely come back here.

Very nice stay in Georgetown on a mooring ball. Just note that the moorings do not have a penant so be prepared to hang off the bow to attach your line to the balls eye. Not much to do in the area but we had a good meal on Wednesday at the Fishwhistle Restaurant. They are closed Mondays & Tuesdays. Little marine shop up by bridge is well stocked! Staff at Sailing Associates is very responsive!

We had a nice stay even though the marina was dated and a bit tired looking. But it was clean, well run and the staff was very friendly. A couple of nice restaurants (some in nearby marinas) but the restaurant at the marina is permanently closed. A good place to visit at the end of the beautiful Sassafras River.

We’ve been to Sailing Associates several times. Everyone there is very attentive friendly , and knowledgeable. Beautiful location. A great market and 2 good restaurants in walking distance. Need we say more? Highly recommend

Excellent family owned marina. Very attentive owners. Pre-arrival dock layout was a nice touch. Every time we see the staff they ask if everything is going well and if we need anything.
Pool was fantastic on these steamy days!
Two good restaurants within 10 min walk.

Beautiful harbor. The mooring was easy to catch and the marina staff and amenities were wonderful! This is definitely a cruising community.

Wonderful people and location while TS Michael passed by. A nice marine store just up the road and a fantastic market featuring local produce, meats and dry goods near by. This is a good stop to spend a couple of days before or after a run to/from NYC
