Very easy docking. Stayed overnight on the fuel dock. Access to power. Clean rest rooms. A 7-Eleven within walking distance.

This marinas information is totally misleading. It should be condemned! 7 total boats and n the marina. The docks are falling apart. There is no help. Maybe a last resort versus beaching your boat!!!

Nice marina. Manager/owner? Was extremely helpful in securing slip and using facilities. We came in after hours and had no problems negotiating the marina. Great stop.

Very peaceful spot. Loved watching the dolphins going in and out of the creek area. The only reason this is a 4 out 5 is that we lost shore power and had to get our extender out to go to another outlet. We think the power went out when the folks next to us attached their cable. We worked with them for about 20 minutes trying to help them get power, but they never did.

They charge $35 for a pump out on TOP of docking / slip fee. It would be nice if they told people up front. It was worth it, but it was a surprise. They should post a sign or tell people before they start pumping since most places don’t charge.

Perfect for my long stay - they provided discount for my 4 week stay.

Very nice attendant but very run down facility. No effort to maintain or enhance the facility

The Staff at Telemar bay couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating when we searched for a last minute reservation. All questions answered without any huffing and puffing. It's a relatively bare-bones facility, but the helpfulness is first class.

Terrible marina, it actually looks abandoned. The dock, surrounding area, and buildings are in major need of repair. The shower didn’t have hot water. The “laundry” was in a separate building, upon entering the machines were away from the wall and water all over the floor. The manager came over to us and told us to stop using the water unless we paid for it. It was almost laughable they call this a marina. Only positive is the female attendant was pleasant and helped us dock. Don’t waste your time or money.

We stayed to make some minor repairs (ourselves) and wait out weather, dockmaster was friendly and helpful. There isn’t anyone there “full time” they show up when someone needs fuel or is going to take a slip for the night. Restrooms are very clean, but no hot water. Not many people at the marina, but a very nice place to wait out for weather - lots of stuff in town which is not far away. Would return here under same conditions.

First the good, easy access from the ICW and plenty of water getting to the fuel dock where we tied up. And when calling the marina to inquire about space she was polite and helpful. Was asked to make the reservation on DocWa which is not unusual at other marinas. The 50 amp power was excellent.
And the bad, it appears that the marina has one foot in the grave! While there may be 100+ slips there was a total of 6 boats there and 3 of those were large boats at the inner face docks. The rest of the docks are in need of attention. There are a few derelict boats in the parking lot.
The hours are 9 am to 5 pm which is OK based upon the number of boats there, but if assistance is needed for docking outside of those hours, you are on your own. There was no access to rest rooms or showers. Was ok to tie up to the pilings but the few cleats on the dock were screwed to boards that were not secure. And finally, the was no fresh water and looked like there had not been for some time. Even the water bib near the dock and on the building were dry.
Something is up and I expect that in the near future there will be new owners of the marina or the large parcel of land will be developed for another use.

Very expensive with shabby docks. Bathrooms were clean when open!

I picked Telemar because it’s the closest to the marina that I’m in, which is Marina Isles, however, your app did not recognized our docks

The place is well kept and the lady attending is very helpful and efficient. The water was too shallow for my boat. I wish it was deeper.

Not sure what is going on with this marina. It was a ghost town with less than 10% of the slips occupied and an empty yard. Perhaps for sake? No amenities beyond water and power, and our slip was right next to a very noisy drawbridge. It is no bargain at $100 for a 44' boat, when there is absolutely nothing there. Walking distance to a 7-11 and pizza place.

This marina is in much need of repair. When we arrived around 2:00 the marina office was closed due to bad weather. The only bad weather we had was early morning for about an hour, seemed like an excuse to be closed. When we arrived the bathroom doors were locked (no coded entry option). Docks were not in great shape and were not floating docks. Also parts of the marina seemed abandoned. Nice location easy to get to but needs a complete facelift.

Great place to stay. Power. Water. Nice quiet place. Walking distance to Ace Hardware, great pizza (Dano’s), an excellent cafe (TooCool Cafe) for breakfast, lunch and dinner. About a mile to an Amazon pickup box.

The last 3 times we stayed here we were given bathroom access but this time we were told the bathrooms were only open during business hours. Not sure what changed. Otherwise it’s a nice place.
Marina Response:
We're delighted to hear you enjoyed your visit and got to see some of the wildlife around the marina! We look forward to welcoming you back soon! Happy Sailing

Great stay at Telemar Marina! Had some running gear issues coming into the dock with my catamaran and the staff was more than accommodating to allow me to prolong my stay to seek repairs with no hassle. Katie (special shout-out) even proactively researched some local mechanics and this really helped me out - since I had no local knowledge. The accommodations are best described as quaint and clean. Also, the wildlife was amazing around the dock...Dolphins and manatees everywhere with LOTS of activity. Will definitely be back if coming through again! (Only cautious note: check your tides and currents regarding the rather close, near-by Mathers bridge. On a day with a strong current, it will definitely get your attention when it's closed - 7 ft clearance - as you enter the marina).
