Although covered, the older docks are in dis-repair and overpriced. Access can be challenging or non-existing when water gets too high, with no discount/refund for times when not accessible. Also, Redbud Marina has pretty much of a monopoly as no other marinas exist on the lake. Poor management, poor maintenance, and the fact that it seems like any capitol improvements/expenditures seem to center around the restaurant and newer docks led us to not renew our slip contract.
About Redbud Marina & RV Park
Open year-round, Redbud Marina & RV Park is one of Oklahoma’s “best kept secrets” and has been family-owned and operated for 50 years. Located on Oologah Lake, 25 miles northeast of Tulsa, off Highway 169.
The lake provides a great getaway for fishing, boating, picnicking, camping, or just drifting and dreaming over beautiful waters. We have over 30 water & electric campsites in our campground (open year-round), the Oar House(open seasonally) restaurant on the water, and over 250 covered/uncovered boat slips.
Our marina is also home to an ASA-accredited sailing school, offering lessons for kids and adults who want to learn the basics of sailing or grow their on the water confidence.
