The marina was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and we were treated well. That is the easy part. Many businesses do that. The real test comes when things go wrong. Although we were hundreds of mile away, the dockmaster at Port Royal Landing notified us as soon as he knew of a problem with our boat, made several offers of assistance, and was more than fair in dealing with us. It was a pleasant experience.

We booked a stay for one night at Port Royal to fill up this Diesel, Have a nice dinner and fill up with water. When we arrived we were informed that the Diesel pump was not operating and the restaurant was closed. When we went to the marine store it was also closed at 3Pm. We did fill up with water and had a shower. We were very disappointed in this stay and will think twice before returning to this marina.

Very good help docking and good support through the two nights we stayed. The restaurant at the Marina was convenient and the food was prepared well. The bathroom facilities were kept clean with plenty hot water for the showers. We look forward to visiting again on a future cruise.

Very nice docks and helpful staff. Very clean modern restroom and showers. The little dock bar and restaurant is just right after a long day on the water. Face dock can be a little rocky at times do to boat traffic.

Good stay here for two days. Cycled the Spanish Moss Trail which was easy access by bike.

Very nice Safe Harbor Marina. Staff was fantastic. Great floating docks. Current can be strong but the dock hands know how to tell you to come in and are great at getting you tied up. Restaurant on site is good. Nice restrooms and showers, clean and great hot water and pressure. 2ea/washer/dryers. Nice little neighborhood to walk the dogs and a wonderful dog play area on the grounds. Big plus for that. Everyone we met was great. Would highly recommend a stop here. PS A great fresh seafood stand about a half mile away called Macs. Very fresh fish.

Great dock staff. Burgers at the restaurant were tasty. Showers were clean and hot. Little white noise from the bridge. Some wake during the day but it quieted down during the evening and night.

This was second visit at this marina and each time we were greeted by Max and great customer service! The marina is in a quiet area and has a restaurant onsite. Thanks for the stay!

Staff friendly and ever so helpful. I did worry that (as close to the bridge as our slip was) it might be noisy but not at all. Comfortable, amenities what you expect from Safe Harbor (at least the ones we’ve been to so far). Adam was a sweetheart !

We had a steering problem and came into Port Royal Sound unexpectedly. After anchoring overnight, we called the Safe Harbor Port Royal Landing staff to see if they could fit us in, and if we could have some parts overnighted to their marina. The staff was super helpful, kind and checked on us regularly. Our parts arrived, we fixed the problem and were back underway after spending Thanksgiving day on the dock. Thanks team! We appreciate the help and support!

Excellent docking support, great restaurant, Gene even drove my husband to and from the YMCA where the marina has free access. Fun biking on the nearby Spanish Moss trail. Easy bike ride into downtown Beaufort. Matt carried out some repairs. A great stop

Not a lot to do near the marina but the facilities are excellent. On site restaurant was good (and you get a 10% off coupon!) Marina staff were great! Only caution is the outer face dock cleats are BIG (sized for super yachts) and the finish is a bit rough, so beware of chafe on your dock lines.
