Place was amazing . Dock help and marina were top shelf . The resort staff was very friendly but the pool servers need to be more aware of the guests and not so busy talking with each other . The conceive Maureen so friendly and helpful . The big plus for us is that you are dog friendly and we will be back . I met Bob the managing director and he runs a tight ship . Transportation drivers helpful and very nice . I have to say a wonderful experience

We arrived in a boat that’s 57 feet overall with a 5‘5“ draft. You wouldn’t want to be much bigger than this and try to enter this Marina. In the center of the main fairway it’s only about 2 feet deep so your maneuvering room is limited. Coordination by phone with the Marina prior to arrival was a bit tricky also. It was hard for us to get our slip assignment and to know what side tie we would be. Overall, though, a beautiful place. Beautiful dock, facilities, lots of charter boats.

Upon arrival, no one answered the radio until we got to the basin. We knew the marina was under construction but they didn’t adjust the website to indicate the pump out wasn’t working. The store manager handed me a card to call a mobile pumpout service- never offered to call, make arrangements or pay for the service. I called right in front of him and made them arrangements myself. I asked them to reimburse us for the cost- they removed one of the $55 resort amenity charges.
Customer service has significant opportunities.
Super buggy - covered in mosquitos and noseeums while on property.
The upside is the resort is beautiful, dog friendly and the food in the restaurants was amazing.

Ok we love hawks Cay but not during this construction. We were at Fock 48 the first one to the left as you enter. It was way too wide for us and the current was horrific. Trouble docking and had to wait until tide changed to bring the boat close to dock. We were stuck on the boat for hours until this happened. Wait until docks are completed and hopefully it will be back to great place it was.

Ok place, under construction (didn’t know about the noise and dusk). Wi-Fi didn’t work. Next to all the charter boat fishing boats. Changed us a $55 resort fee, didn’t know about. Will not go back! Food at resort was ok only.

It is a great place to stay, although the docks could use some TLC if your not in front of the restaurant chances are the dock need new decking and poles

The resort itself is great and the people are really awesome. Angler and Ale was fantastic. Can’t say enough about the people there. The marina is not for overnighters staying on their boat. It seems like a fisherman’s marina or for those just parking there to stay at the resort. Amenities are quite slim at the marina.

Booking Info
Hawks Cay Marina will commence a long-awaited revitalization of our docks starting March 17, 2025, with scheduled completion September 16, 2025. During construction, we will have limited availability for vessels greater than 32'. We appreciate your patience and look forward to your arrival.
Please note - if you are staying on your vessel, you will be charged a Resort fee of $55/day for access to our amenities.
