I like the location with access to many restaurants on the island. Had lunch at the clubhouse as well. They were flexible with my check in and out times. The launch hours may very so check with the driver.

Very nice people and excellent bathrooms and showers. Lawn Service is very responsive, almost momentarily. They were very helpful with hating me and getting diesel fuel and groceries and overall just really nice people. Enjoyed the state very much.

Stayed at City Island Yacht Club on a mooring for one night. It was convenient and calm. They have a launch service but we used our own dingy to go into town. Not much to see in City Island itself. We did go to a grocery store not far from the Club that had everything in a small space. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 stars is because we had planned to take a shower early in the morning at the club before taking off but had to wait until 9 am for that. The bathrooms and showers are inside with no access from outside until the club opens its door. The lady who opened the door for us was very nice.

Loved it! The first oasis after the throgs neck. Met the commodore and we got a personal tour. Very friendly. Had dinner at Arties and got a surprise bakers dozen of oysters. I’d say a great stop!!

This is a great place to stop when you're heading east on the long island sound. Chill laid back facility. Did not have dinner this time on a monday, but when I have in the past it's been.
Location is great near restaurants and shops on city island.
Launch driver was fantastic and accommodated all of our needs.

I rarely give a bad review but I feel that I need to provide some feedback on our experience. When we arrived the mooring we were assigned was occupied. After receiving another mooring assignment, we found that later in the day when the wind picked up our mooring was moving and we were touching the mooring behind us. Luckily we were close to our home port and we decided to depart and not stay the night. Also, they claimed to have a buffet dinner that day, but when the four of us went to eat we found that it looked like the leftovers from their lunch buffet. Not a good experience.

Stayed on mooting ball. Would not stay again due to rocking and rolling with minimal wind. Boats drive thru like its highway. Dock master was helpful. So it’s the location. The staff was good

Thank you, thank you, thank you! We made a last minute decision to stay with you towards the end of our 13 hour passage. We were able to pick up a mooring for the night at 6pm. It was perfect.

City Island Yacht Club is a great club, the members are so welcoming. We wished we were able to stay for more than one night. Men's bathrooms have just been renovated to a high standard and women's bathrooms are great. Bar and food at the club are top notch. Would highly recommend

We were just stopping for one night and had a mooring ball. The launch driver was very responsive. There were some nice amenities in town within walking distance. We ate at the Black Whale which we enjoyed.

Great hospitality. Nice club. Excellent launch service. Island has a few good restaurants, great market, some eclectic shops, nautical museum, and great diner for breakfast/lunch. This is our second visit. We’ll happily come again.
