Place is very nice! But shallow water on the approach .

Nice, clean marina. Bathrooms and workout room were hard to find and a bit of a walk, but they were nice. Older workout equipment, but it was nice to be able to use. Docks were floating and in great condition. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Waves still come in the inlet and rock you a bit so a couple nights were a bit rough.

Beautiful, facility and great staff. Looking forward to spending our first year with our new boat here.

our reservation was sunday night. we got there after 2pm. the gas dock was closed. the marina office was closed. the weather was terrible and we we're blowing all over the place. we did not get our slip assignments ahead of time so we didnt know where to go. the restuarunt told us to use the visitor dockage but the again the weather and the water was rough. my husband and the other couple we were with Wet Spot had to go through the marina to find us slips for the night. luckily we found two slips agains the bulkhead at the back of the marina to shelter us as best as they could. there were white caps in the marina. we stayed here during the summer twice and it was so wonderful. not sure what happened. we will be back next summer.

Very modern marina with all the amenities well sheltered great staff

Arrived at 3:00pm and found out from a local slip holder that the marina staff leaves at 2:00pm. I received no advance notification of a transient slip assignment and had to find an open T-head to tie up to while trying to reach anyone through Dockwa who could tell me were we could dock and connect to shore power. I finally received an email response to my inquiry a half hour later to be told my assigned slip was a T-head where another vessel was tied up. The T-head was too short for both vessels requiring my bow to intrude into a fairway. I had to email again and request a phone call from the dockmaster in order to request moving. It would have been much better customer service to have received advance info and a proactive call rather than having to ask for one and wait another 30 minutes for a reply. Disappointed in Dockwa and Hinckley Bay Bridge Marina.

The dockage was put on CC but the Boat ran into engine trouble outside of Oregon inlet. Boat was on the hard for 6 weeks. Called Bay bridge and told them what happened and the nice lady said they understood and would give us a full refund (4000.00). The next day I got an email from the manager stating they WOULD NOT refund as it was too close to the reservation date and they had just changed ownership. Due to the circumstances, They should have helped us out. NOT NICE!!! would never book there again. They said they would refund then they came back and said no. One star for the kind lady we spoke with. BEWARE of this organization.

It was a beautiful facility. It’s not very transient friendly. We arrived at 1630 on a Saturday. The fuel dock and pump out was closed. We departed at 0930 Sunday and it was still closed. (Our black tank was full) Not sure if the sold any supplies as the place was locked up for the night at arrival. Showers were clean. Laundry was nearly impossible to find as it was not clearly marked. The building it was said to be located in was gone and condos were being built. Later found out it was in room marked gentleman’s restroom. No change machine or vending to get supplies. (Be prepared). At 187.00 for a 39’ boat it was a bit pricey…But it worked. Restaurant served excellent food and drinks.

Hinckley Bay Bridge is a well maintained marina with clean spacious heads. There are a variety of very good restaurants nearby including Libbeys which is on site. A disappointment was that last weekend was the first of their off season which meant there was no dock staff for docking assistance, dispensing fuel or giving pump outs. We were in need of a pump out. We will not return to Bay Bridge again in the off season.

Very nice stay for the weekend. A busy marina this time of year, but helpful and cordial staff all around.

My husband and I have been making Bay Bridge Marina a regular summer visit for the past years. We love the pool, the sunsets, the views! This year we were there during the construction phase however, the construction was not really an issue. The pool was very nice, the views were great! However, this year, the best feature of Hinckley Bay Bridge was the wonderful, accommodating staff! Gigi, the office administrator was so helpful, friendly and caring from my first phone reservation call to my other requests for assistance. Will, the dock master is the best! He was attentive, professional and so very helpful when we needed help! We will be back!

Best on the bay - great floating docks; good restaurant options...all around resort feeling marina with upgrades and improvements in process.

Nice clean Marina. Great docking assistance. Bathhouse facilities are limited, and a considerable walk depending on where you are docked, but still a great place to stop.

Love the new marina. Libbey’s is a good place. The staff is professional and very friendly. Jack was the best. Pool and bath house are clean and well maintained. Transient prices are okay.

Manager Mark is the best of the best. I experienced a minor medical emergency. He transported me, waited while I was treated, took me to a pharmacy and returned me to my boat.
