Marina facilities were weak, docks where in disrepair, working hours (noise) kept us up late and woke us up early. At $3 way way overpriced.

Located on the Calumet River just south of the T.J. O’Brien Lock, Chicago Yacht Works is a full-service marina and a reliable stop for Great Loop cruisers and local boaters alike. We offer 38 bow-in only slips (40' and 50'), each with electric and water hookups, available for both seasonal and transient dockage.
Our facility is equipped with three travel lifts, a marine forklift, and four haul-out wells, giving us the capacity to handle a wide range of vessels. We offer indoor heated and outdoor storage, pressure washing, fiberglass repairs, and complete mechanical services performed by certified technicians. Additional services include detailing, canvas and isinglass repair, shrink wrapping, boat relocation, and Captain services upon request.
Amenities on-site include a fuel dock with gas and diesel, ice, restrooms, showers, Wi-Fi, and a 48,000 sq. ft. heated indoor storage building with racks. The property is secured with a 24-hour surveillance camera system, offering peace of mind while your boat is in our care.
